Delivery & Returns
We aim to get your gorgeous kicks out to you as quickly as we can, as a guide we will generally try to ship your order within two-three business days. If for any reason there is a delay we will contact you.
We post orders on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
To keep things simple we provide flat rate shipping.

For international customers all prices are displayed in Australian Dollars and will be charged in Australian Dollars.
Local pickup from Inner West Melbourne
If you would like to arrange to pickup your order, please select ‘PICKUP’ at checkout, this will remove any shipping costs. We are located in Yarraville and will contact you to arrange a suitable time to pickup.
Lost or Damaged goods
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact Customer Service within 10 working days of placing your order so that we may assist you.
Duty and Taxes
Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery.
Wrong size, not the right colour – whatever it is, we are happy to help you to find the right product!
You may return unused items in original condition up to 28 days after receiving your order. If the fit is not right, we’ll gladly exchange your purchase for another size or design to the same value.
Please choose sale items carefully as they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Returning Faulty Products
We are committed to producing high quality shoes from the best and safest materials.
However, if a faulty product managed to slip past us, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and send through some photos of the shoes. We will take care of you and manage the returns process.
We reserve the right to assess the condition and age of the returned goods prior to offering an exchange, discount voucher, refund or repair.
If items you purchased are returned by mail, the balance will be refunded within 7 days after receiving the goods. Your refund will be payable with the same payment method you chose for purchase.
